But in July-August 2022 Mutnovsky was closed by Ministry of Emergency Situations because of the descended mudflow. If the passage to the crater wont be restored or in the period when it is impossible and dangerous to get to the base of the volcano by shuttle bus because of huge masses of melting snow (it happens periodically in July), climbing into Mutnovsky crater is replaced by trekking tour (2-3 hours) to Dachnye hot springs with fumarols and boiling mud springs (Tourists call this place "Small Valley of Geysers"). During the walk you will see the famous geothermal station located on the slope of Mutnovsky volcano, which has been supplying electricity to settlements of Kamchatka for several decades. Also on this day you can visit the waterfall "Kosy Veroniki" on the Spokojny brook.

Dinner near a campfire, fish soup. Overnight in tents.

9th day: Continuation of the rafting, passing two rapids. On the way you can fish, pick mushrooms and berries, watch the gulls and wild ducks, and if you're lucky - see a bear or a Steller's sea eagle. All this makes rafting on the river interesting and fascinating. Overnight in tents.

10th day: End of rafting, with passing one of the rapids.
